Costa Exports has a streamlined business model starting with aqua culture farms to the cold freezer warehousing facilities. We are commited to supplying our customers with superior quality seafood at the best possible prices, complete with timely deliveries from our cold store. Product safety is our main priority. We have a HACCP plan in place and products are inspected and monitored under third party certification programs like BRC and BAP. Vannamei Shrimp are among the most widely cultivated shrimp in the world. Quality of pond-raised vannamei shrimp is high, owing to strict controls while cultivation. We produce shrimp in the fresh waters of Andhra Pradesh in South India and process them. We supply Vannamei shrimp in the following variants

Our Facility

Raw Material Section

Raw Material Section Shrimps, wild and cultured, are received through Shrimp Receiving Chute and washed with Bubble Jet Washing Machine. Raw material supply, head waste collection etc. is done by a semi-automatic Beheading Line with 3-level conveyor system.

Soaking and Treatment Facility

Soaking and Treatment Facility Plate Freezer line with 2 nos. of contact plate freezers and capacity of 800kg per load is present with a Freezing Time of 50 minutes per load.

 
Raw IQF

Raw IQF Line with capacity of 750 kg per hour is present, which facilitates IQF Freezer, Automatic Glazer, Chiller, Glaze Hardener, etc, all supplied by Glory, Vietnam and synchronised with PLC for automatic Time and Temperature control.

Fish & other seafood

Fish & other seafood Fish Pre-processing Section, Fish Processing Section, Blast Freezers, Cold Stores are designed for complete end-to-end Dana Barros Jersey processing and packaging of fish and other seafood.
